Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — Higher frequency of product replacement | |||||
We wish to surrender the Ultima pureit as the frequency of product replacement is too high and the part's cost have to be borne by us and are not covered even if the purifier was purchased less than a year back and is within warranty. We are not happy with the product and feel that we are being duped by asking to pay additional costs for part replacement (its not even completely been a year since we bought it) Was this information helpful? | |||||
