Pureit — I've been given defective RO ,Request to change it. | |||||
I've purchased Pure it Marvella RO+UV on 9th July 2015.Since May 2016, the device is showing defects every second day(after they have come to change SF) and I've been registering complaints for the same to the company .They send their technicians who are so untrained that they did something wrong and the device started showing solid red indicators since then in the indicators of SF, GKK1 and GKK2 (which surely indicates that something is wrong with this device or the company's technicians have done something with it because without blinking red, none of the parts show solid red colour at once like it has been showing now) and I've been complaining for the same problem and again yesterday the device is showing the same defects (at first all the indicators (except tank full indicator ) started showing solid red colour and after a few seconds, the SF indicator started showing solid red colour without blinking red from a few days before which shows the defect in this device) and when I complained to the company for changing the device, they told me to go to the shop from where it was purchased. I am fed up of complaining for the same issue so many times since last two months and now I want the device to be changed.We are having problems of potable drinking water which is a basic necessity and also health issues because of the unavailability of proper drinking water. Please look into the matter as soon as possible and take proper action and get my device changed by the company as I am having shortage of potable drinking water.
