Hello Customer Care Team,

This is with regards to order number [protected]. I have ordered 2 products out of which 1 product (Audrey's Cotton Makeup Removal Pads No. CTP100) has some stains / brown spots on it. Since it is a make up remover pads I cannot use it on my face as It is not in a usable condition. This was totally unexpected from your end.

Please find the product image in the attachment. I want you to replace this product ASAP or refund my money back in my bank account

Purplle.com Customer Care's response As per the reply sent to customer we have already made arrangements for a reverse pick-up of the product Audrey's Cotton Makeup Removal Pads No. CTP100, from our end through Javas Courier Services. This will be done in next 3 to 4 working days [please pack the product in any box]. Please be assured that once the product is collected from the customer's location, we'll initiate the refund for the payment.
