I called them first time on 8th April telling them that they have sent me a wrong product. they asked me to put down an email with pictures of the product received i did the same on 8th apr. And again called them regarding this. Since then I have written them approx 20 emails and have called them several times. I also requested them to let me speak to a senior executive thrice, every time they kept my phone saying they call me back that day itself, and no calls from their end. Each time just to talk to them once i had to call them at least 3-4 times so that someone will answer but no one answers their customer care no. It has been 2 months nothing has been done and they just sitting with my money when their team was at fault. Apart from this i placed them several calls also at regular intervals. They have just being troubling me since then, and now ignoring my emails and calls, as no one is replying back to my emails anymore. First they said they exchange my product as it was a mistake from there end, then they said they don't have that product, but fact was that product is still available on their website and was never out of stock. Then they said they refund me the amount. I request you to please help. It was the worst shopping experience and the most pathetic customer service one can give.
