[Resolved] Purplle.com — Product undelivered for over a month nor would initiate refund | |||
I had ordered an curling wand at this site which cost me around Rs1187. But from the next day itself the order status showed pending. I tried to call their customer care centre, but, all I get to hear is that customer care executives are busy. They wouldn't reply to my mailed queries. In short, I was only robbed. I wonder whether their address is fraud or not. I want my money back and this site banned. The people behind this crime should be heavily penalised for harassing customers this way!
