[Resolved] Purplle.com — Product undelivered for over a month nor would initiate refund | |||
I had ordered an curling wand at this site which cost me around Rs1187. But from the next day itself the order status showed pending. I tried to call their customer care centre, but, all I get to hear is that customer care executives are busy. They wouldn't reply to my mailed queries. In short, I was only robbed. I wonder whether their address is fraud or not. I want my money back and this site banned. The people behind this crime should be heavily penalised for harassing customers this way! The refunded amount will reflect in your Bank account within 7 working days. Purplle.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
