[Resolved] Purplle.com — The Worst Service, still waiting for my Refund | |||
The Company takes order ( A perfume worth 1800 INR), ignoring whether the product is in stock or not. After chasing to get through the purplle.com no. (called 10 times), finally an attendant speaks and says that product is back ins tock and will be delivered in 2 days. Again I face disappointment after 2 days, and I again go through annoying endless call process, and the attendant says the product is not in stock, you may modify and get refund. Even after I modify my order, its been almost 20 days that my refund has not come. These people dont even reply to emails on time. I will be thankful if they refund my money at the end of this year.
