[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — Amount deducted | |||
My axis debit card was swiped twice for amount of rs.350, so the total amount is rs. 700 while purchasing tickets on 27/nov/2016 at pvr cinemas elements mall nagavara banaglore. When i checked with the pvr staff they said it would be automatically refunded but as of now it hasn't been. Need your assistance in getting the same. Also attaching the screenshot of the transaction messages. It got reversed on 1/12/2016 but again they deducted the amount from my account. I need it by today. Was this information helpful? | |||
