Hi, my self kailash. On 17th March i was trying to Book the tickets on pvr application. During this process( phonepay UPI) my money (361Rs)got deducted but ticket was not book. I checked the booking details twice but still empty description!...

I bought 2 tickets of movie zwigato for pvr logix noida 12.15 pm on pvr website and the money of ₹950 got deducted and automatically the page shows server error and the money got deducted from bank. I got no message from pvr regarding deduction or movie tickets. I am helpless right now as they are not picking up call. Kindly revert back the money which is being deducted.

Hi,
We booked 4 tickets of kabzaa in kannada language with English subtitles (mentioned in tickets also). We don't know kannada language, we came 15km far to watch this movie because it having English subtitles.
But they were no subtitles playing along with movie. We asked multiple times with staff management to provide that. But they didn't. Then why they are mentioned in tickets ??. Worst experience with " MALL OF JAIPUR...

It was written in tickets and was confirmed by the PVR member that there'll be subtitles but there are no subtitles, i want refund....

According to PVR cinema, "DEMON SLAYER SWORDSMITH VILLAGE ARC"movie will be released on 17/3/2023 but still in my city this move is not released.
I am requesting you to do something about this 🙏🙏🙏

When I took the ticket and decided to enter the cinemas I was told that we are giving entry only 15 mins before the show.
After couple of minutes a girl came to watch the same show and she allowed to enter the cinema.
This kind to actions must be stopped at PVR....

Recently when I reached to PVR and asked for Shazam 2 English show tickets, they said the show is cancelled I don't know the reason.
Also they are not allowing us inside the cinema just 25 min before the show.
I kindly request you to please resolve this issues....

Today I visited PVR with my friends and thought we will all have a lot of fun but then I entered the hall and found that my seat is broken and not comfortable at all and the airconditioner was also not working, I wasn't expecting this from PVR and I didn't paid 500rupees for this nuisance.Kindly look into it get me my money back if possible.

Hi I'm vijay here from Hubli today 14/03/2023 i came to watch 10:30 show of my hero Ranbeer Kapoor Movie..but the PVR staff Sayed that show cancelled, when I saw in online it's still available after me 2 more family also visited and they said show cancelled, but the truth is due to less people they not allowed, if in this case why you show in online that show is available, i came all for away here and paid parking fees also in reply...

I visited Maison PVR- BKC this afternoon where I paid a sum of Rs. 1000 to your employees for two drinks. The guy at the counter returned back Rs. 300 to me and refused to handover the drinks.

I am experiencing this 4th time that whenever I purchase a ticket from ticket counter then the men at counter always say that I can't give a ticket without food because it is combo and the manager, security guards are also with them. Kindly, see this issue.

Recentlt saw everything everything in pvr cinemas vegas dwarka, delhi in audi 9. it was supposed to be a 4k screening with dolby audio. the audio was good, the problem is how in most of the scenes especially scenes of high depth of field was very low in brightness and sometimes blurry too in a wide shot. this problem is due to theatre bcoz i have seen digital print of it and that quality are not due to artistic choice but theaatre not appropriately...
