On 16th June 2023 I booked 2 tickets amount ₹635 total for the movie The Flash 2023, but after the payment through UPI paytm, I never got any confirmation from PVR app and also by gmail for my ticket, so hopefully i get a response about this matter and get the refund....

Yesterday i bought popcorn in palladium mall pvr cinema & asked for bill. Lady at the counter said will send bill in your mobile.she took my mobile number also.
But still i didn't receive any invoice copy yet....

Last year 15th May 2022, we ordered food at intervals. The money was also paid, but the food was not delivered.

I filed a complaint against PVR Cinemas Company in May last year. It has not resolved the complaint so far. Why?...

I booked 1 PXL ticket for Adipurush (Telugu 3D) movie on 12th August, 12.32 am. The venue is Orion Mall, Bengaluru and the show timings is 8.10 am on 16th June. I went to watch a movie at Anupam PVR in Saket, New Delhi on 7th June 2023. I visited PVR Cinemas Vegas Mall Dwarka for an evening show on 04/06/2023, When I went to the counter to buy a meal (Popcorn+coke), the cashier fraudulently added 3 microwaveable popcorn for no reason and when I politely tried to tell her to remove it from my order she was extremely rude and started telling me that PVR mandated it. On june 3 I booked ticket for spider man across the spider verse 211*2= 411 my money got deducted but ticket not booked pls resolve fast...

Summary-
Booked 5 tickets for Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse for Saturday June 3rd 2023 show in Nexus Mall Koramangala via PVR app. The payment was done by Gpay.
The money was deducted but tickets were not booked, kindly help.

We have a infant so PVR manager stopped us to enter in the movie hall and promise the Refund of Ticket Value including Convenience Fees

But no money received till now

Hello.I've recently booked 2 tickets worth rupees 556 via UPI.I tried to book Fast X tickets in Brookfields coimbatore.The money was debited but I didnt get my tickets.I've again booked the tickets via book my show so I would like a refund for the money spend in initial booking throught the pvr app.The date of booking was 26/05/2023....

At first I booked 2 tickets for Fast X movie it was done without any issue but after few moments I booked another ticket for same movie but it was not booked but my money was deducted from my account. Only 2 booked seats are showing. My contact number is [protected]....

I have gone to book 6 tickets of fast x Hindi-4dx 3d at 3 pm of 22 may. Amount 3840 but my ticket got cancelled after some time as my payment won't done in time and after 5 min my payment got deducted please help

I tried to book tickets from PVR cinemas through official app but my ticket not booked and amount debited from my account...

I booked 1 ticket from the PVR app and paid via cred. The transaction was successful but tickets are not booked. It is very disappointing and frustrating. Total amount of Rs. 744.18 was deducted from my account.
