PVR Cinemas — Bad Transaction- Not received Tickets but money deducted

Hi Team,
It was unpleasant experience booking tickets on PVR website, I was trying to get 3 tickets booked for PK show today at 3.20 pm the money is deducted from my bank account and I have no tickets it is termed as BAD Transaction.The response from PVR is we regret inconvenience email and we are working on it and will get back to me shortly. On calling the Delhi NCR call centre I was said that you shall get the money back only post 7-8 days.
This is not acceptable- considering that PVR has my money they could have given the tickets and adjusted in book of accounts or given a decent time line to refund money.
Kindly acknowledge my email and help get compensation and timely.
