I booked for 3.40 pm show on 20th july, audi-1.It was a harrowing experience. Audi was entrance is a narrow alley and there was a serpentine q to enter the audi and the line spilled through the staircase right till the entrance ( imagine the audi is on the second floor). The entrance being narrow it was at best a claustrophobic and chaotic and a disaster waiting to happen. God forbid if there a panic causing a stampede the result would have been horrific. I went to complain to the management and they all shrugged responsibility saying its house full. What a pathetic response if its house full then its the job of the team to manage crowd and ensure nothing untoward happens. I was totally taken aback and shocked at the callous attitude of pvr team. Had wanted to take shots of the scene and send it to licensing authority but refrained as in past having associated with pvr thought best to raise it with them and hope ajay bijli still adheres to his high standards with which he first stared.
Hope pvr takes stock and corrcetive measures are taken.
