I am extremely disappointed with the experience at PVR Panjagutta, i went for a movie on 18th April 2015, Audi 4, Seat No.P-4 & P-5 with my wife.
To my surprise seat no. 4 was broken and it was moving, i was unable to sit and immediately reached the manager mahesh, he came with some maintainenace guy and couldnt do much as it was not in any position to repair, the movie started and i had to sit on the same chair and most of the times stand and watched the movie, it was one of the most dreadful experience i have gone thru.
1) I had terrible back pain by end of the movie which resulted in reaching out doctor for medical assistance on Sunday, even today i am on leave and taking rest.
2) The manager informed that he will get back to me and taken my number, till now its been 2 days not a single guy called me nor there was an apology from your end.
Is this how you run the operations and service with bunch of people who are not customer centric, will your Head of PVR or owner watch the movie the way i did for the money i am spending ?//
I want my money back and i also want a written apology letter from your management, failing which i will approach social media and write a complaint within 48 hours.
