PVR Cinemas — ill treatment by your staff at parking LOT. (PVP Vijayawada)

Dear Sir/ Madam, I am a regular visitor to your PVP complex for watching movies. I always prefer your complex for shopping or watching movies and was having a impression that yours is the best of all until this shocking incident happened. Accidentally due to my bad luck i have lost my parking ticket. Your people were asking to pay Rs 100 as fine for the loss of fine. Your parking staff namely Mr.Anil Kumar was acting as GUNDA which was supported by your floor supervisor Mr. Purna Chandra. For the loss of Rs 100 your own people were abusing us and making fun saying that if required you to the cinema hall and search the ticket every seat else you people stand here itself like beggars. When warned your people not to use all these abusive language they were smiling and saying that "we will talk like that only, We here see your people like our Hair (Abused in Telugu) and no one can stop us. They were again smiling and supported by your support staff. When warned not to use abusive language your staff threatened to beat us and said to go and complaint where ever we wanted to no one here can even remove one hair also from us, We will treat you like that only and will keep abusing. When asked for the complaint book they are telling this book is managed by us only and you wanted to complaint to us about us????? Point here is we are here to watch movie to spend some time so as to have some relaxation. We are working in Govt of India Enterprise and basically we are not here to make any issues. Paying 100 Rs is not an issue. But the point is 1) Is this the way you treat your own customers 2) Who are these fellows to use all abusive words. Dosent your training teach the basis mannerism of talk/ behave to the customers. 3) If your complaint books are being managed by your own support staff then why do you have it. 4) No way this kind of behavior is tolerable. 5) Who is he to threaten to physically beat us.??? 6) Dosent your management have some basic policy to control all these people. 7) Why the contact number of any of your manager is not available and there is no point in asking your support staff for the same. 8) After all these i really hope that necessary action is at-least initiated against your staff Mr.Anil Kumar and Mr.Purna Chandra. Please note that we really wanted this issue to get escalated in a big way so atleast your parking staff will learn a lesson or two from this. But then actually there is no point in hitting in their food. But the point is these abusive words and worst ever treatment cannot be tolerate at any cost. I even wanted to call the police and make a severe complaint against this. We are severely hurt by this Gundas attitude and behavior of your parking staff. Hope some severe Waring or necessary action is initiated against them. Waiting for the Justice.
