PVR Cinemas — Movie show delayed & Air conditioning not working

I went to see - Avengers age o[censored]ltron (3D)at PVR Cinemas, EDM Mall Kaushambi, Gaziabad, UP on 25/04/15 (Sat.) with my son. The show timings mentioned on the movie ticket was 03:50 pm. I was well before time in the hall and went ahead to enter AUDI 2 to watch the movie as per the mentioned time. However no one came to open the door of the auditorium, I waited for 5 mins. meanwhile all those people who were there to watch the same show were standing behind me and soon the crowd started increasing. Till now, no one came to opened the door neither anyone from the staff even bothered to inform the crowd about the issue and we still kept standing and waiting. People started pushing, shouting and screaming and a stampede but still no one from the staff was concerned to inform the crowd about any issue or problem. After we waited for long and tiring 17 minutes as we were standing for the whole duration, a staff waived his hand from the audi and called us to get in the hall at 04:07 pm. When I entered the audi and questioned the standing staff about the delay he was speechless and did not answered my question and said that we should speak to the management about it. When we entered the audi it was hot and humid as the air conditioning was at its lowest cooling. As the movie show was already delayed due to the staff's unknown reasons, they immediately started the movie even before the audience got settled down and many patrons missed the begining of the movie. No commercials or trailors were shown, neither there were any signs that the movie would be starting and with in seconds the movie got started. Immediately, many people in the audience started shouting and questioning this action of the management, people shouted that the movie should be stopped and should restart. Ultimately people came at the doors of the audi near the screen shouting and asking for the Manager to come, who came after few minutes only when the other staff called him on the wireless walky-talky and he agreed to restart the movie. Soon after the movie restarted people started feeling hot as I mentioned earlier that the air conditioning was too low to cool the audi. I went out of the audi and raised the concern and was assured that it will start cooling within next 15 mins.Again after 30 mins when i felt no relief from the hot & humid atmosphere in the audi I went out and requested to the staff named Narayan who excused by saying that this happened due to the earthquake which came today and they have to shut down the complete AC system, although I told him that the earthquake came around 11:45 am and now its been more than 5 hrs. During interval I complained to the manager incharge and to fulfill the formalities he said he will go and look into the matter. Ultimately the movie got finished at 06:30, and everyone saw the movie without the air conditioning and after lot of arguments with the staff. This was the worst experience I had with PVR Cinemas. Neither the staff was apologetic for their actions, nor they were courteous. I bought 2 tickets worth Rs.225/- each to waste my money and to have a horrible movie experience at the PVR. I claim that the PVR Cinemas should refund me Rs. 483/- (as booked on Book my Show). I am shocked & stunned and it was hard to believe that it was a PVR Cinema. I doubt if this would be the value of money & time of the customers who watch movies here then soon the brand PVR will damage its own worldwide reputation, as it is a renowned Cinema chain. My ticket no.'s are - 024519 & 024520 seat no - M5 & M6.
