PVR Cinemas — problem in 3d glases

When movie starts I and my father saw jurassic world film in 3d with 3d Glases and it will like smudge and scratch on it and problem to see the film then I change Glases and then again problem it's lens is came out from frame then again I change it in during film then I got correct Glases my whole action was gone and i am angry to see that there staff did not check that Glases are correct or not i am soo angry to seer that staff shame on you staff or packiging of Glases shame shame on you
