[Resolved]  PVR Cinemas — PVR Gift card money deducted without transaction

I have two 300 PVR gift cards. I was trying to book ticket online from PVR site, unfortunately ticket was not booked due to server issue. But now the balance it is showing zero balance for both the cards. I mailed to PVR customer care regarding this, but didn't get any help from them. My card nos are [protected] and [protected].
