Worst experience ever in pvr... today (10/05/2016, show timing 10:40 a. m., audi03) when i went with my friend to enjoy civil war in pvr lucknow singapore mall lucknow... the attendant gave me other seat instead of mine (mine seats waere k9, k10) 2 or 3 times people came and ask for their seats and i was just changing again and again my seats instead of enjoying the movie... even after that when i called to attendant to give my seat which was allotted me by ticket counter he told me to sit some where else... that was really worst and worst experience... I never had that much embarrassment in between some movie or else... I[censored] are not able to give a good service to all of your customers so please stop opening new screens and focus to give good services to your customers first. PVR Cinemas — I didn't got my ticket even though my money had been deducted
I booked a ticket for bahubali on[protected] on 12:52 AM through pvrcinemas.com I had been payed the money but ticket did'nt arrived and get some error but my ticket had not been booked
