[Resolved]  Q Cinemas — AC was switched off for the entire movie

I went to Q Cinemas (Park square mall, whitefield) for movie "Queen" on 14th March 2014, 9:45PM show (Screen 3), with my wife and less than 2 year old kid. For the entire show time of the movie, the AC was switched off and it was very difficult to sit inside as it was hot and suffocating. My Booking id is W7HGE3Z. When they charge tickets for an AC theater rate, they should ensure that AC is working properly, as there is no alternative (no fan) fixed in side the hall. If the AC is not working then they should have cancelled the show or switched to another hall. I am not sure if the AC was purposefully switched off or was there any problem, as there were nobody available during that time to assist with this compliant and its difficult for customers to follow up on this when the movie is running. :( I tried to file this complaint next day by calling the Q Cinema phone number given on the website, but nobody picked the call after trying multiple times. Also there is no email id given on their website for any such complaint's. When running such Cinema halls, i think they should set a minimum standards so that customers don't face such problems (Movie experience and reaching to them for any compliant). If these are not followed, i dont think they be eligible to hold license for running the movie hall. The respective authorities should take necessary action against them. Not sure if any one will listen to this compliant and take any action. Thanks, Vivek
