Quadruple Education Network Private Limited — My appeal to your Pathetic Hr Policy

Hi, This is Vijay.I am one of the many people, who have been exploited by companies that have no sense of Human Capital. Here, I'd like to share my experience with the Company I was with - Quadruple Education Network.The firm deals with Education. I had completed by Post Graduation in Business Administration and was recruited as an Analyst in the firm. I joined on 2nd April 2012 and worked with the company till 31st August 2013. My tenure here was similar to the case people who work at other small firms. Had work to do on some days and sat idle for a large number of days.I was ushered hope that there would be more to learn and more to do and was given responsibilities that went out of my Job Description.By early 2013, I had had enough of all this and started to pursue other opportunities and was on a lookout for a better job.After some struggle, I got my hands on a better job and put in my Resignation. This is where it all started.- I wasn't paid salary for the last month I worked at Quadruple.- I was promised that my PF would be settled within 2 months, i.e. October 2013.I wasn't given my PF and I had to do some digging of my own. That is when I found out that the money deducted towards PF was never remitted at the Provident Fund Organization.My struggle has been on till date. People at the PF Office say that the firm has never remitted any PF towards any of the employees; which meant I wasn't the first victim of Quadruple. Every other employee of this firm had bear the brunt.HR Executive Ms. Jayarathi Lawrence, my Manager Mr. Chozan and the Co-Founders of the firm Mr. Mohan Thilak and Mr. Raju have all along fooled not just me, but all the people who have worked and are still working in their Group of Companies.I am yet to receive the PF for the 17 months I worked with the firm. The grand total of the same comes to Rs. 26, 520 (Rs. 1560*17)The fight is still on the with the HEADS OF THE WORST FIRM IN THE WORLD.
