Sir/Madam,
I recently bought an 25 Mega-pixels PC Camera of 'Quantum" with item description 'QHMPL 25 USB Web Camera' from M/S Multi Computers, AMEERPET, HYDERABAD. After I installed the drivers of the web camera from the cd provided, I plugged in the web-camera to my PC.but to my dismay, the clarity of the web camera was very poor as if some translucent material was placed between the object (me) and the camera. The image obtained on the screen was very blurry and the faces were indistinguishable.
I sincerely hope you would respond to this mail as soon as possible as this product is under warranty, so that I may be able to work with the 8 mega-pixel camera.Looking forward for your reply, Was this information helpful? |
