bank of maharashtra,chandrapur branch irresponsible working

I paid an advance tax amounting Rs.6000/- in year 2008 in bank of maharashtra chandrapur(m.s) and till date it is not deposited into income tax department account.hence I have been penalized by ITO department.till date bank didn't took any action.what action will be taken against such manager/officer who made such mistake Regards Ajay Palarpwar Hospital ward, Chandrapur
