Dear All, I am residing in Mumbai and having query on Car parking Charges on Non own society Property. Back ground of Society:- My society is 30 yrs old and not having convence (So ideally non of the society member aware about the society own area) I am having 2 car which parked in Open space and now society started charging me, i contacted building secratary where in she claim premises is own by society and you have to pay charges but refuse to give any plot ownership details. as i am residng since 30 yrs i knwo that we donmt have convence papers due to that even redevlopment is not happening. Pls suggest ans on Mention below question:- 1. Can society charge parking charges when they dont have plot owner ship detils. 2. What is legal process or action to be taken on this issue..
