Dear Sir, I had working with an organization named m/S V D Swami and Co. Ltd., as a sales and service coordinator. I left Organization Six month back. After that so many time I have asked for my Conveyance reimbursement. As in joining letter they have mention that the company will repay conveyance at actual. Now the joint M D saying that there is no due from company. Also During my working I have claim for Medical as per company rule and company accepted my claim refer to same they have sent me one letter which is signed by M.D., That due also they are not paying. So please let me know where should I register complete against company . Is this issue covered under consumer forum.
