Sir.. I have purchased second hand car through the BAPA SITARAM COMMISSION AGENT at Surat. At the time of buying he told me to give the original RC book. But after full payment he avoid me and after almost 6 month later he give me the Duplicate RC book. I am cheated by them. So can i complaints against the Agent with the help of some legal adviser. Please guide me.
