Dear Sir, May I know to whom the complaint is to be given for getting a new bsnl landline connection ? Incidentally I have already allotted a new number saying as activated ?. The problem is simple ! The Lineman/Personnel is saying he has not received the Wire for the new connection from the concerned? ie the bsnl ernakulam (Panampilly nagar Section) has not having any stock of wires? Is it the same bsnl going to deal Rs.400 crores as announced ? Many comments and complaints are visible in the sections !
