I shifted my luggage from Ahmadabad to kolkata by Agarwal packers and movers but on receiving the entire luggage ,i was shocked to see my entire stuff wet , broken, damaged.Now i want to press the company on charges of cheating,forgery and complete negligence in handling and delivering my stuff. On top of that they are now not responding to our calls and they do not have even the courtesy to call us up and tell us as to what are they going to do next for us. We want to know as to what will they do to our damage that is of our assets collected over 60 years as they belong to my mother who is a senior citizen of India and the way they have cheated,behaved with her and troubled her .Now i being her daughter i want to take charge of punishing such companies who are so careless even after promising professionally ,they go back on their own words .Please help me in this .Thanks.
