I have given all details or required details for new pan card to a agent about 2 months back .But still i haven't received pan card.So now Where I have to Ask about this Problem .I given SSLC marks card Xerox and Bank Passbook Xerox. Name : Darshan KK Address: Darshan KK S/O Krishnamurthy KS , B H road, Gandhinagar , Sagar (T) ,Shimogga (D) ,Karnataka (S) ,India pin no : 557401 this is the address I have given .
