dear sir i had purchased a flat directly from builder at that time building was 1 year old and builder said maintaince all clear to society but afterwards me got to know maintaince is due to society of round about 1 year now society is telling that i am liable 2 pay maintnce am i liable??? i am paying maintnce frm when me purchased flat and for 1 year my flat was not even occupied by me for that also me paid maintaince and afterwards some one told me that closed flat only u have to pay half maintaince is that so ?? please guide me .so what shall me do now ? as builder is saying that u urself pay maintnce or clear according your own way.
