Non receipt of reply for my grevience posted on 26-07-12 on this cite.

Sir My grievance is that excess amount charged from the HDFC Ltd. home loan A/C No: 601773468 & not passing the interest reduction benefit as loan is under Floating interest rate. The original detailed request was mailed on 22-05-07 and thereafter many reminders were mailed but no response is received from there. Therefore, it is requested to let me know the RBI and Regulatory authority of Banks address/mail address where I lodge my request. Thanks Ashok Kumar Gupta f/o Sh. Praveen Gupta 9868215589

plz read your loan terms &condition where it is mentioned whether your a/c sanctioned under floating or fixed rate
there after y can lodge your complain to nearest banking ombudsman for redressal your complaint.

see terms @condition of your loan a/c if it is floating then seek help from banking ombudsman
