Problem regarding USB stick in a PC registering with 3G net work.

Sir, I have a USB stick, initially it was connected in a PC register with the 3G net work. But now I am facing problem regarding connection USB stick in a PC registering with 3G net work.At present it is connecting in a PC with 2G net work. So, in spite of recharging 3G plan I am not getting 3G service. S. Barua Agartala, Tripura.
