It is not a batter company. company can not give any permition from gov.side, when a company collect the publick money/ccollect money from market govt.pernision mueast.this is a one type of cheating company.

there may be lots of question regarding ramel industries and these type of companies, these companies are registered are with MCA and are regulated by ROC, pvt ltd companies have minimum 2 members and maximum 50 members where as Limited companies have minimum 7 members and maximum unlimited and shares are transferable, BUT THESE COMPANIES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ACCEPT DEPOSIT FROM PUBLIC ANDD IF THEY WANT THEY NEED TO HAVE PERMISSION FROM A REGULATORY BODY EXAMPLE ( RBI, SEBI, IRDA, NBFC, ) THESE COMPANIES HAVE NEVER MENTIONED THEIR PRODUCTS ON WEBSITE WHY ???????????? THIS IS THE BIG QUESTION ... IF THIS COMPANY IS AUTHENTIC THEY SHOULD MENTION THAT THEY ACCEPT PUBLIC DEPOSIT IN THE FORM OF RECURRING FIXED OR MIS ON THEIR WEBSITE BUT THEY NEVER MENTION, IN FACT THESE COMPANIES OPERATE IN RURAL AREAS WHERE PEOPLE ARE ILLETRATE THEY FIND HARD TO SUSTAIN AT URBAN OR METRO AREA, SO RURAL PEOPLE ARE THEIR PRIMARY TARGETS,

Is OFCD allowed or not for Ramel Industries Ltd, go to the website of MCA and see it properly.There is clearly visible with amount how much allowed for debenture.I think DEBENTURE is the most secured investment in whole planet. 2) Product don't show in ramel website... Ans- Plz let me first, which one company, who sell debenture, shows there product in their official website?Mr. Bahadur, The market has competition so no one show their plan in their official website.
If any branch of any organization face with loss, they are highly independent to close those branches but the customers can all transactions from any branch of India.Even though then can get maturity amount and deposit. Hence, same rule follows Ramel Industries Limited.

Still, r u facing any type of cheating from Ramel, u should go to ur nearest police station and get a FIR against Ramel industries.Rather than, I think anyone person feeling like u he/she should go to help through Indian Constitution, Court or Police station... why r u waiting sir...

Why don't the company issue annual statement? The company should issue an annual statement so that the people who believe in RAMEL Industries will have a stronger faith in it. If it is not possible to issue the current statement (for any competition or so), it may issue its older annual statements which shows all the details to study upon and build goodfaith.
