Dear Sir, I had booked e-ticket for travel from Tirupati to Pune for 3 persons. The details as Date of Journey: 12.02.2012 Train No. 163521 PNR No. 4547674293 Class: 2A Date of Booking: 14.11.2011 Ticket amount: 3695/- Details of Passanger: 1. Anil G Patil (Self) RLWL1/ RLWL 1 0000 2. Sheetal A Patil RLWL2/ RLWL2 0000 3. Tushar A Patil RLWL3/ RLWL3 0000 Since above ticket of class 2A was in waiting, I have again booked another ticket for same train for class SL on same day. The details as: Date of Journey: 12.02.2012 Train No. 163521 PNR No. 4547674606 Class: SL Date of Booking: 14.11.2011 Ticket Amount: 991/- Details of Passanger: 1. Anil G Patil (Self) Confirm S7/0041 LB 2. Sheetal A Patil Confirm S7/0044 LB 3. Tushar A Patil Confirm S7/0043 UB Only one ticket of class 2A (in the name of Anil G Patil) was confirmed with berth A1-27. So I have cancelled one ticket from class SL of Shri. Anil G.Patil . Accordingly Mr. Anil G. Patil have travelled on ticket having PNR 4547674293 in class 2A and other two passenger Sheetal A Patil and Tushar A Patil have traveled on ticket having PNR No. 4547674606 in class SL in same train. Also at Tirupati station I have asked TC regarding confirmation of other two ticket of class 2A. In reply, TC has clarified that only one ticket of 2A was confirmed and other two were cancelled. I have waited for the around 1 month for refund for refund of two tickets of class 2A, then I have filed TDR on 03.03.2012 for refund . On 03.04.2012, it was informed that "REFUND NOT APPROVED". In view of the above, only passenger no1 of PNR no 4547674293 has traveled by 2A on berth 27 & other 2 passengers traveled by same train by sleeper class with PNR No. 4547674606, coach S7 berth No.43, 44 & ticket of Passenger No.1 of PNR No.4547674606 has cancelled by us & refund was received. Hence you are requested to refund the amount of two tickets of passenger no 2 & 3 of PNR No 4547674293.because they have traveled by sleeper class of same train with PNR No. 4547674606. Thanking You.
