sir, i have a flat in building in mumbai - borivali (west), the building is at prestigious place, it is going under redevelopment and i dont stay in mumbai, i stay in rajasthan, i have provided my mobile number and communication address to the society also but there has been no serious communication from either from the society or builder, recently i have been informed by one of my friend that the building is going to be demolished - i think - all the things have been finalised and till yesterday there has been no communication from the builder to me and still the society ahs not informed me anything. i have let out my flat to old couples they keep traveling, and tenant feels no responsibility towards me so he also don't keep me informing. is there any thing i can do as till todate i have no information about new allotment, new flat, new area etc. pls help and guide so that i can have equal opportunity as other had
