during the months sept-nov. 2011,i recieved bills of over rs 5000 ,max being arond rs 15000. the reason i thought was that i did lots of downloading during that time when it was a 2gb plan. recently i saw details of 2gb plan which says speed automatically reduces to 10kb/sec after a capping of rs 1250,this i wasn't aware of . i wanted to know whether this capping condition was during that time too ?
