[Resolved] Quick Heal Technologies Pvt Ltd. — very poor support provider | |||
I have tried to register on trackmylaptop.net to track my laptop. But it has been 8 days. I have tried to contact many times to quick heal support providers but even providing me solution of it they are not even talking seriously and delaying the process. When I tried to talk about it they said they cannot help me as it is a free service and I cannot get the better result in free service. I have paid for this software fully for three years even though they are not taking it seriously. Is that why I have paid for its services just to lessen nonsense ? Hi..Like you, I have been using Quick heal too for the last 2 years. I faced a similar issue when I tried to register on the same site. But the guys in their support team were very helpful and helped resolve my issue. I called their support number[protected]. This was about a year ago.
