I ordered for a 4*6 single cot on 3rd April after having detailed conversation with the seller on WhatsApp.I also made the payment ofrss. 6000 on same date for which I got acknowledged(thank god). Later for next 3 days, neither me or the seller gets a call. After endless calls and no replies and no hopes, I finally cancel my order on 6th of April and they promise me my money back in 5 to 7 working days maximum. Now it's 17th of April 7.30 pm, 11 whole days and n number of calls to the customer care over. Just over 10 minutes ago the customer care representative said he will request the finance department to make my payment as it it's some favor they are doing. Also still on the quicker app order tracking page, the cancellation of order is not updated. It still says "you item is on your way". (Please have a look at the screen shot from the images I took today of the order tracking page.). Also the cancellation email proof is also attached with the images. I hope that quicker understands that for a poor or normal person like me, blocking 6000 rs will create a lot of financial trouble.

after completing offer quicker dont give my 50rs paytm coupen . i submitted my no but no msg received from quiker i want my coupen within 24 hrs
