Quicker — Didn't receive my money | |||||
I made payment directly for a air cooler Rs. 1500 . I didn't got any update for 1 day. Then I talked to customer care, they told me that you bought a cooler and made payment told that you will get a call after 24hr. Then we again called customer care, which is not toll free. We tried it for 4 times for atleast 5-10 min each time, but they didn't redirect it to executive. Then again I got a call from Quikr doorstep, telling that the product is already sold. When I asked him why did they take payment if product is already sold, he was not having answer. Again as usual, customer care call charged but didn't connect to executive.I wish I could have cross checked that before making payment. I'm just waiting that they will refund since 10days ad no[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||

Payment not received
Ad ID:[protected]. Payment not received. It has been 11 days I have sold my payment.The product I sold was delivered to buyer on 05/06/2016, today it's 16/06/2016 almost 11 days and I have not received my payment. Whenever I call and mail they say wait fo 3-5 days, the wait is not getting over, when can I expect my payment???
