Quickr — Delay in delivery of product bought on quikr | |||||
Placed an order for a double wooden bed on Quikr with a seller who hosted her ad on the app. Bought it on 21/1/2016. The app claims free delivery of the product purchased through the platform. For at least 3 days since then, Quikr would schedule a pick up and delivery and give a 4 hour long time window, forcing both the me (the buyer) and the seller to stay home. All the times, they failed to deliver the goods. And it has been a week since I have transferred the amount and yet I see little effort in them expediting the process. Further, they suddenly claim they will not pick up ( after 7 days of complaining and trying to facilitate the pick up and delivery), from the 2 nd floor of the seller. My no. has been to used on quickr for job reference. I haven't posted any add for any job details.I have sent an email to them regarding the same but no reply yet.
