[Resolved]  Quikr — After a week delivery pending and still no call from quikr...

Guys, I done the payment of a Sofa set on Quikr doorstep for delivery on 20/09/2016. They committed delivery on next day i.e.21/09/2016. I was very happy that product is coming early. But till 8pm I haven't received any delivery or update on that. So I called them. Customer care executive said sorry for inconvenience we will deliver the product tomorrow i.e. 22/09/2016. When I called next day, executive was very rude when I asked him about my delivery. i told them to cancel my product and refund my money. That executive even agrees for that. (Quiker if dont bother about customer complaints then why you kept customer care support.)
I got call on same day eve to sort issue (Just because I gave missed call to disappoint number) so he tried to convenes me not to cancel the order. I accepted that.
For a change i received 2-3calls & messages on 23/09/2016 from quikr regarding delivery & at the end delivery again schedule for 26/092016.
Today is 27/06/2016, Still I havent received my delivery or any update.

Quikr people don't even bother about it.

I strongly suggest not to purchase anything from Quikr Doorstep. They will take your money and then you own have to take follow-up for your order.

Also they don't even have any facility to check your order. As per app, you haven't purchased anything.

Be careful Guys.

Guys why are you giving false commitments???

Today 27/09/2016, I again got a call exactly after an hour when I wrote first complaint i.e. at 5:30pm.

Lady committed to make delivery today itself. She said delivery person already left with the vehicle to sellers place. As per her statement, my sofa set is so big that they need 3rd person. Thats why I didnt received delivery on 21/09/2016 & she also said that they have sent 3 persons for that today.

Now its 12 midnight, still no call after that. No updates.

Guys if you are buying anything & asked for delivery, make sure you can not lock your place for next at least 2 weeks as you will be waiting for delivery.

Quikr, What reason will you give now ???

Shall I take my steps further???
