I payed 2500 using online debit card option with icici banking. I tried 2 times and it was failed from from the payment gateway though the amount is deducted. Again i tried to pay 2500 through credit card option and same thing happe ned. Below is the details of transaction. I purchase the product on 21st april. Order ID[protected]. I ordered for exchange on 29th April. As per online tracking it shows order is delivered to area manager on 2nd of May, 2015. i already made my phone ready for exchange for 10 days.

Customer service is not responding properly. They keep asking for transaction id and after that they reply that u will get response by tomorrow. But its been almost 1 month and I didn got any call from quikr.
