[Resolved] Quikr — Didn't get cashback from quikr 1 month has passed | |||||
I have purchased a product through quikr 1 month back and i was told that i will get a cashback of Rs. 500 if i pay through quikr. I did the same, now its been 1 month and everyday i have been calling quikr to get confirmation by when the amount is going to credit in my paytm account they are tellimg that my cash has already been credited but i didn't receive any cash back and now telling to contact paytm and same thing is told by paytm to contact quikr . I have checked my paytm account but now also it is showing 0 balance my Ad ID :[protected] my email id :- [protected]@yahoo.com Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have experience as same like you . here I pay for the product but at the moment when I complaint site organizer didn't talk properly he just told me that there was a Bank issue not their..But still I have done almost all transaction from that bank on various online sites but this type of worst experience I felt here only .

When i search on Internet, it is shocking to see the number of complaints against Quikr. Most of them have not received the money from Quikr!!
After posting the add, the buyer made the payment and for days that did not reflect in the system and we did not get any call about shipmment.
After several emails to support, the shipment was initiated but the ADD status on Quirk never reflected the same. That started another chain of emails about the next steps regarding payment.
It 's been days and I m still waiting for the payment.
It is unbelievable to see the amount of effort I have to put in to get the amount credited.
Calling customer care is useless because the system does not reflect any status.Plus they do not respond most of the times.
