Quikr — False commitments

Dear Sir, I did my online transactions through HDFC credit card to ICICI bank For Rs.1, 300/- Dated :[protected]. To Put my add in Quikr.com & Its been Committed me that u r add subscription is for 90days. But unfortunately they have given us a False commitment. After doing the transactions to Quikr.com. When i called up for my add details. They said the payable add package is for 30days & rest for 60 days is free add package . When i spoke to them they said the add package is for 90 days. Kindly refund my amount asap. When i spoke to customer care Head Office which is Mumbai And they have given me a complaint no : 809999. But after doing all this there is no response from their side. My humble is request is to refund my amount asap to my credit card from the card which i did transactions. Kindly do the needful. I have faced a problem by giving false commitments.
