[Resolved]  Quikr — Faulty product sent dosent match the description of the seller

Updated by greekgodzeus25 I had purchase motorola moto g4 plus (32gb) for sale - chennai ad id[protected] from quikr i had the device delivered today and the fingerprint sensor of the phone is not after so much of problem and thoughts i ordered from quikr cause i never trusted quikr but the seller somehow convinced me to buy the phone and said it was in brand new condition and today i called quikr and they are telling me i have to do 100 more things to get a refund my fears about quikr came true now i would like the company to issue a refund and return the product back to the seller as soon as possible i have already sent a mail to [protected]@quikr.com with photos and a video of the phone problem please pick-up the phone as soon as possible never again i will buy from quikrr

Updated by greekgodzeus25 This moto g4+ 32GB (black color) is 3 months old and is in perfect condition, I will provide earphones, charger, box, and bill along with the phone this is what the phone description said but it is full of dents and scuffs

Updated by greekgodzeus25 The phone which the seller said is in pristine condition has been opened by some unauthorised person two of the screws from back are missing there is some kind of filler added to hold the screen this is what I have noticed as I saw deeper the handset is in horrible condition and quikr wants to wash their hands off

Updated by greekgodzeus25 The seller himself is a fraud and dosent want to take the product back because he knows its damaged and the warranty is not applicable hence he is not ready to accept it back and quikr says if he dosnet want to take it back they cant do anything

We would like to inform you that, the return of product is accepted only if you reject the product at the time of delivery and once delivered we don't have return policy. we regret saying that we will not be able to help you regarding the same, suggest you kindly to co-ordinate with seller

We encourage buyers to open the packaging and validate the condition of the item before accepting the delivery
Any delivery related issues brought to our notice after signing Proof of Delivery (POD) it will not be entertained and Quikr or its logistics partner will not be accountable.

The return of product is accepted only if you check the product in front of our delivery team, if the product is found damaged we do refund the amount back and return back the article to the seller's premises. If any damage found after that then we regret saying that we will not be able to help you regarding the same.

Updated by greekgodzeus25 Never Buy From Quikr My honest Opinion Was Scammed 8500 rs for a phone that has been opened in a local shop the fingerprint sensor is not working and problems with Sim slot and proximity Sensor I have lost my hard earned money on this phone now no one is ready to buy this phone even for 4-5k beware
