[Resolved] Quikr — I'm complaint to about Mobile | |||||
I am Raish Khan from Bhopal. I bought mobile from quikr online shopping. I want to explain my problem is that the mobile is some software issues like are Mobile screen is hanging, Network signal up & down within 4-5 minute interval & application error message appear on the screen "Unfortunately app (particular apps) has stopped then mobile screen hanged. I just called to this no. +[protected] for telling problem mobile. Quikr executive told me, you have to send scan copy of mobile invoice & IMEI no. so i sent it. to [protected]@quikr.com as per quikr executive. Then we will pickup mobile from doorstep but Quikr did not pickup yet Was this information helpful? | |||||
