[Resolved] Quikr India — No Replacement or Refund in QuikrX

My order ID : 10044320 After posting the complaint in this forum the Quikr has arranged to take my faulty mobile back through Delhivery Courior. Hence I have returned the xiaomi mi3 mobile for replacement on november 13 and the item has delivered on 19th in Quikr office.I have made 20 more calls to know regardind the current status of my mobile. Everytime the CC representative will say the concerned department will call me back within 2hr. After long 10 days till today i didnt get any confirmation call from quikt, is it will replace or amount will refund.. So consumer forum please take necessary action for necessary solution as soon as possible. Thanks. Mob :[protected]

After the post, I got a call from Quikr on december 2 that the mobile replacement is confirmed and new xiaomi Mi3 16GB will dispatch soon and within 3 days it will be delivered.
I got the sms regarding the order with Order No. 10057802 also.
But till now, it hasn't dispatched.

Same is the case with me. Replacement order was confirmed on 3/12/15, but still order status is "confirmed". I m guessing when it will get dispatched & then will be delivered to me finally.
