Quikr — Printer sold, buyer remitted money, product not picked up | |||||
I sold the printer via app on 19 april. I got a phone+sms confirmation that it will be picked up on 20 april as buyer had remitted the amount successfully. However, for 2 days now, the printer remains uncollected. Reason: buyer not picking up calls to coordinate delivery. Buyer reached out to me wondering why delay in delivery. He was told by quikr that seller is unreachable and hence printer not collected!!! Ridiculous and blatant lies. Now, quikr has promised both parties that printer will be picked up and delivered on 22 april. Very poor, unprofessional and dishonest service! Very unfortunate.
