Quikr — Quikr advertisement fraud

Hi, Greetings! This mail is regarding the recent add in quikr for nike Airmax shoe.please refer the below link for add. The dealer initially asked me to pay 1700 for purchase that shoe on 7-May-2015 . i said that i will deposit 1000 rs and will pay the rest of the money once i received that product. and he okay with that. once i paid the 1000 rs he suddenly asked me to pay rest of the 700rs immediately. I trusted him and i transferred(deposited) the rest of the money . then he said that i would receive that product on before Friday[protected].But so far i didnt received that product.and he not even responding my call. he simply blocked my number in whatsapp. This clearly shows that he is fraud.Making people fool.
