Sir my order id is 10046309 and i am purchase this phone on the 18 oct 2015 but after deliver phone is faulty and then i am reverse the phone on 23 oct 2015 but after 1 month the phone is not replaced and the company not provide any information regarding my order.i regularly call the company phone number but they can not pick my call or they can not call back.please help to short out the issue i already paid the order amount.i fill the company make me con. Jan 8, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved the company does not take any action.They send replace product but they also faulty and I am return this phone also but at this time they can't take any action and also they can not give any solution regarding my problem.when contact to there customer care they can not give any solution.please help me Quikr customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. quikr company is not trusted company at any more.they only sell faulty product and not replace the phone at the time.please dont purchase any product on quickr

My problem is not resolve, the company does not take any action.They send replace product with order id 10056107 but they also faulty and I am return this phone also but at this time they can't take any action and also they can not give any solution regarding my problem.when contact to there customer care they can not give any solution.please help me.
