[Resolved] Quikr.com — Reimbursement of premium advertisement fee collected by quikr | |||||
Good day, I am a retired naval officer and almost 70 years old. I am customer of quikr and have advertised fro some items for sale (None sold to date) in quikr. As i was leaving india to visit my daughter in usa, i contacted quikr to enhance the ads to premium catagory. I paid rs. 5000 as premium advertisement fee to quikr. However, as there was a delay in the action taken by the quikr to do the enhancement of the advertisements and as i had to leave for usa i requested them to cancel the enhancement request and reimburse the money. The letter i wrote to quikr requesting the reimbursement is attached. I had contacted quikr several times but the money haven't been credited back to date. I have attached copy of the communication and the copy of the bank statement as a proof of the follow up. Of late i have noticed that i get disconnected when ever i call the mumbai office (Tel :[protected] as if my number has been blocked by them. Contact details of quikr, india Quikr india pvt. Some one have misused no... So i am getting many phone calls.. The have seem given my no to many ads... So pls block the ad related to no ie([protected]) ...So do the needful action immediately...82%
