[Resolved]  QuikWallet — Money debited from my bank account but not recharged

I've recharged aircel karnataka number for Rs 449 on 12th feb 2015, only money has debited from my bank account, but not recharged. My Txn Id for quikwallet: B-18585. I have mailed them regarding this issue, but they are not supporting and refunding my money. Kindly help me to get my money back.
